Interested in becoming an Altar Server?

An altar server is a lay assistant to a member of the clergy during Christian liturgies.  They perform supporting tasks in the sanctuary, such as carrying the processional cross and candles, holding liturgical books, preparing the altar, and assisting with the washing of the priest’s hands.

Open to boys and girls who are baptized, have received First Eucharist, and are in at least 4th grade. We develop personal growth and a solid bond with our Catholic faith through our actions on the altar and in daily life.

If your child is interested in becoming an altar server and is in grades 4–12, please contact the parish office.

Training will be on Saturday, July 11, July 18, & July 25 from 1:30 pm—4:00 pm.
