A Catholic Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) serves as an advisory body to the pastor, helping to guide the spiritual mission, pastoral planning, and overall life of the parish community through prayer and discernment.  It represents the laity, assisting in assessing needs, fostering ministries, and encouraging active participation in church life.
